Whether you like rock and roll, country, classical or pop, music is a powerful tool that unites people and brings them joy and nostalgia. Music transcends barriers and boosts social bonding, all things that are good for your overall health and wellness. But music isn’t the only thing that can help us connect to our sense of purpose. We want to help you find activities that help you relax, reflect, and recharge.
Here’s how it works:
Complete 5 activities, list them on your “Rock Your Health” card, and return the card to the Stillwater Medical PR/Marketing Department by July 15, 2025, to be entered into a drawing to win a variety of cool prizes.
Each activity equals 1 entry, and Stillwater Medical sponsored activities listed on this website are worth 2 entries. You could get up to 10 entries total! Feel free to find your own opportunities as well; try a new activity, call an old friend, start a journal…the option are limitless
Only you can decide what a refueling activity is for you! Below are some free or low cost opportunities. More activities and information will be added as they become available—be sure to check back often for updates.
Stillwater Medical is not liable for injuries incurred while participating in the Rock Your Health Activities.

Not sure what number you are? No worries. We’ll take some time at the end of the class for you to take the test if you haven’t yet explored your enneagram number yet.
Free testing can be found at: Take the Free Enneagram Personality Test | Personality Path (This free test does not require an email address but results are only available for 24 hours, so don’t take it too far in advance if you want to view results during the session.)

Diamond painting is a craft where tiny resin “diamonds” are placed on a sticky canvas to create a sparkling, mosaic-like image. It’s a mix of paint-by-numbers and cross-stitch, but instead of paint or thread, you use small, colored diamonds to fill in the design on the canvas. The canvas is printed with symbols to guide you on which color diamond to use in each spot.
