This Hospital Week activity is about taking time for YOU! Take note as you complete activities that help you refuel by connecting you to yourself, your community, or your purpose.
Here’s how it works:
Complete 5 activities, list them on your “Spice up your life!” card, and return the card to Lauren Leach at Human Resources by July 8, 2024, to be entered into a drawing to win a variety of cool prizes.
Each activity equals one entry, and Stillwater Medical sponsored activities listed on this website are worth 2 entries. You could get up to 10 entries total
Only you can decide what a refueling activity is for you! Below are some free or low cost opportunities.

Each participant will contribute 1 item for a charcuterie snack each week. We will use a live shared document for the charcuterie items so we do not duplicate. It will be an opportunity for people to share foods from their lives/cultures as well as learn through the shared processing of the information in the book. The group will read Atlas of the Heart: Mapping Meaningful Connection and the Language of Human Experience by Brene Brown. Individuals can choose to listen to the book through our Stillwater library app, purchase the book, or check it out from the Stillwater Library. The discussion would be guided by questions but end in a free form format.

A line dance is a choreographed routine done with a group of people that has a repeated sequence of steps. Line dancing is great fun because it can be danced with or without a partner. Come feel the rhythm of the music as we learn the steps to a good time song.
